Eastern Oregon Tribute Fest is the brain-child of Tom Busciglio, locally known as more businessman than a concert promoter. Tom’s love for classic rock and live music sparked the idea to create a Baker City music event on scale with some that you’d find in Boise & Portland, but not exactly common in Baker County. After stumbling on some amazingly spot-on tribute acts, Tom realized that the dream of throwing the biggest rock & roll party in Baker County history was truly possible.
