Wishing we were in the Yoga Shala right about now 🧘‍♀️🌿✨

From morning movement to acro yoga, late night Xanadu sound healing, breathwork, & everything in between, the Yoga Shala sure was a portal that helped us slow down, reconnect, and move through the weekend with intention 💫

What was your favorite Xanadu Yoga Shala experience this year? 🌀⬇️

We miss you already Unison Family 🥹✨

Just a few weeks ago we were enjoying our days dancing barefoot, playing in the river, hugging new friends who somehow felt like old friends, staying up way too late, and reveling in how good it feels to be in unison with one another🌞🌿

Thank you everyone for sharing your energy, your creative expression, your smiles, for the little moments of connection, the big ones, and to all who make this community feel like home 💛

See you next year !?! 💫🌀 Let us know what keeps you coming back to this grass roots festival ⚡️🌻👇🏽

🌕✨ Happy Harvest Moon✨🌕

In the full light of the moon in this potent moment, may we reflect on the connection, expression, and magic we shared at Unison just 2 weeks ago when the moon was new 🌾💛🌙

What has been growing in your life since Unison? We would love to witness and support you! 👇🏽💬🙌

Thank you to everyone who danced, moved, smiled, beamed, hugged, and co~created the magic with your powerful presence 🙏✨

Happy Fall Equinox Unison Family 🍁🍃☀️🍁

As we hit this turning point in our year, may we remember to reflect on both the light and the dark, integrating lessons from both realms.

May we give, receive, bloom and release!

As our days grow shorter, we invite you to reflect on your time in the Unison portal and all the ways in which slowing down, speeding up, being in the darkness, and being in the light showed up for you. ❤️
