Host a Special Event at War of the Phoenix!

Are you planning a revel, baronial party, Known World gathering, tournament, bardic circle, or something gloriously chaotic that needs its own time slot at War? We want to help you share it with the entire War community! Whether you’re a seasoned party planner or trying something new, the War of the Phoenix Special Events team is here to help get your event listed, scheduled, and seen.

To request a special event, simply fill out our Special Events Submission Form. Once your event is approved by the Special Events Coordinator, it will be added to the official War calendar and a Facebook event will be created so you can share and promote it. Deadline for submissions is December 15, 2026. Don’t wait until the last minute—space fills up quickly and coordination makes the dream work!

This is the form to register any event or activity at War of the Phoenix. To register an event, please fill out this form as completely as possible so that the Activities Schedule Team has all the information needed to place it on the official schedule and avoid unnecessary overlaps. The War of the Phoenix Mains would like to acknowledge the concerns regarding the image chosen for the 2027 theme announcement. We want to reaffirm our deep respect for the SCA artisan community, and offer our assurance that it was not our intent to disregard the wonderful work you do.

As we do not currently have a database of artwork, we would be happy to receive images that we can use to help promote the war. If you have artwork and/or photos you would like to submit (with release to use them), please send to [email protected]

We will also soon, be posting a call for artists to enter their artwork in our T-Shirt contest, as we have each year since the War of the Phoenix started....and we are very excited to see all of the great works!

🔥 War is in full swing! 🔥

As camps are buzzing, and magic is everywhere, we still need a few helping hands to keep everything running smoothly. The Watch especially needs volunteers, and even an hour or two makes a huge difference for the whole event.

If you have a little time to spare, stop by The Watch or Volunteer Point and see where you can help. Every shift keeps War safe and welcoming, and running strong.
