What’s a better souvenir than beer? On Saturday, Texas Craft Brewers Festival 2025 VIP ticket holders will take home Savanna Swells, a commemorative beer crafted by Blue Owl Brewing and Hold Out Brewing—two breweries whose teams play important behind the scenes roles in making Texas Craft Brewers Festival happen.

This year’s beer is a pilsner hopped in the west coast style, layering tropical fruit, citrus, and melon over a well-rounded malt bill featuring fonio, a grain grown in the acacia savannas of Africa.
