Merrill Wade After a hiatus of two years, The Soul of a Musician Series will reemerge in 2022 at a date and place uncertain. Once hosted by St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, the Series will continue with Merrill Wade as the Curator and host of the series. The Soul of a Musician Series is making something of a comeback. And Kevin Russell is on board!

In fact, the 209th show of the Soul Series will be in Round Top, Texas on November 9 at 12:30 PM on the porch of the Haw Creek Chapel in the center of town. Our partner for this show is is the Rev Bill Miller and his folks at St Cecilia’s Episcopal who consistently offer fabulous music in Round Top.

I am so happy that Kevin will be our musician for the show. Kevin is the front man and leader of Shinyribs. We are dedicated to support musicians and to give thanks for what they do for us. Kevin is special! So come on out wherever you live to Round Top. and join us on November 9 at 12:30 PM; you’ll be glad you did! The show is free. And, you are encouraged to make a donation to either the tip jar for Kevin or a donation to the church. Nothing is mandatory.
