Wedding season is exciting, but it also takes preparation, stamina, and intention. Join us for a facilitated planner-to-planner conversation about entering fall wedding season prepared, grounded, and supported.

We’ll talk openly about what we’re anticipating, what historically gets challenging, and how we can set boundaries and better care for ourselves before, during, and after a busy wedding weekend. Together, we’ll share practical strategies for fueling our bodies, choosing comfortable yet professional footwear and attire, and preparing mentally, physically, and emotionally for long wedding days.

Come ready to share your favorite wedding-season hacks, learn from fellow planners, and leave with a few new strategies in your toolkit!

We’re so excited to officially welcome our newest member, Vanesa Moreno of Vanesa Moreno | Austin Wedding Planner, to the AWPA community! 💜

Vanesa jumped right in by joining us at our July Members Retreat a few weeks ago, and it was such a joy getting to know her. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our community and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll bring.

“Hi! I’m Vanesa, owner and lead planner of Vanesa & Co. Events in Austin. Before becoming a wedding
planner, I spent more than 20 years in executive operations, managing complex logistics, leading projects, and coordinating high-level events. Today, I bring that experience to wedding planning, creating celebrations that are organized, intentional, and seamlessly executed.
