Our AWPA New Vendor EXPO is a month away and we still have space for more vendors who are interested in setting up a booth at the event. Registration is open for another two weeks.

This is a great opportunity to share what your company does within the world of weddings and connect with the planners of AWPA. Attention Austin-area wedding planners!

Our first 2026 planner luncheon which will take place at on February 17th is LIVE.

This topic is always a popular one, as we will discuss timelines and wedding weekend packets. Are there parts of your timelines you think could use some tweaking? Are you curious what other wedding planners include in their documents and what strategies work for them?

If so, this is a meeting you are definitely going to want to RSVP for. We invite both planner members and non-member planners to join the discussion and share what makes their wedding documents effective.

For this meeting, let’s keep it casual and comfy, just like a day spent working from home. No need to dress up—just wear your favorite athleisure and come prepared to engage and learn together!

“My name is Brooke. I graduated from Texas A&M - WHOOP - in December ‘19! After assisting a local Dallas planner, I fell in love with everything events-from logistics to design to guest experience. I founded Everlasting Events in March 2021 and have been planning weddings and events ever since. I have now planned 80+ weddings and I am so excited to continue to grow and learn with AWPA!”
