Gumball 3000 | Austin, TX

We shut down Congress Avenue.

A stretch of street that runs straight to the Texas Capitol, closed to traffic and opened to thousands, so the world’s wildest supercar rally could roll into a build worthy of the machines.

When the Gumball 3000 2026 Tour made its Austin stop on the Miami-to-Mexico City run, Mapache Entertainment Group partnered with and to turn the heart of downtown into the rally’s Texas showcase.

This one wasn’t built in a day. Weeks of design, layouts, and coordination led into it — then a full team delivered turnkey event production, audio, video, lighting design, scenic design, fabrication, and a curved LED wall.

SXSW 2026 | Austin, TX

Two weeks. 30+ events. One hell of a run.

Every March, Austin becomes the proving ground for what our team is built for, and SXSW 2026 was no different. From large-scale live productions to intimate corporate activations, our crew was everywhere, executing back to back without missing a beat.

The Alpha School SXSW EDU Showcase was one of those events that reminds you why this work matters. Over four hours, K-12 students took the stage to share their passions, their businesses, and their goals with the world. Kids running vending machine operations before they’re even old enough to drink what they sell, students designing bike parks at an international scale, young performers from the NYC campus steps away from Broadway. All of them deserving of a stage that matched their ambition.

That’s where we came in. Full audio, lighting, RF, projection, video recording, live streaming, rigging, and design services so every student had the production they deserved. And surrounding it all, custom window wraps, an in-house fabricated merchandise wall, and custom carved foam props that turned the space into an experience from the moment you walked in.

San Antonio International Airport went all out for the holidays for the first time ever🎄✈️

Working alongside the incredible team at SAT Aviation, Mapache Entertainment Group helped bring their holiday vision to life, a project featured in the Wall Street Journal’s Top 10 holiday displays nationwide.
What started as a seasonal install quickly became something bigger: a holiday tradition that travelers and airport staff now look forward to every year.

This project is a perfect example of what we do best: transforming environments through immersive design, custom fabrication, and full-scale production ex*****on, all in-house.

And we did it sustainably. We built custom elements while refurbishing and repurposing existing garland, wreaths, and greenery that had been sitting in storage for years, pieces originally planned for disposal.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for audio, video, lighting, and staging gear.
🔹 Manage and optimize inventory using our Flex system.
🔹 Implement structure, systems, and procedures for efficient gear flow.
🔹 Ensure equipment is properly maintained, organized, and ready for deployment.
🔹 Lead and train warehouse staff in best practices and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in warehouse management (AV, live events, or touring preferred).
✅ Proven ability to build and maintain organized systems.
✅ Strong leadership and accountability mindset.
✅ Familiarity with Flex Inventory or similar rental software.
✅ Hands-on, technical, and proactive problem-solver.

Mapache Entertainment was honored to lead full production for this year’s Dialpad Revenue Kick-Off at Distribution Hall in Austin, TX—a two-day summit that brought together the largest gathering of “Dialers” ever.
