When the Cedar Valley Conservation Club sets its sights on something, you know it’s always a bullseye.

On Friday, Joe Walerek stopped by The Hormel Institute to present a $6,800 donation from the Shooters For Ho***rs event. An incredible fundraiser supporting cancer research.

Since its start in 2023, this event has raised an impressive $24,600 to advance our mission. Support like this makes a real difference. These funds allow our researchers to explore new ideas, push boundaries, and continue working toward better treatments.

Thank you to Cedar Valley Conservation Club and to everyone who participates and contributes. Your generosity fuels the work we do every day, and it truly matters.

Because of you, we can keep taking aim at cancer until we hit what matters most, a cure.

The dust has settled and numbers are added. You all raised another $6,800 this year to help find new treatments and cures for cancer at The Hormel Institute!

We cant be more grateful to everyone who came out to Cedar Valley Conservation Club and Lansing Corners Bar and Grill making it such a great day.

Here are the payouts from the past shoot! Checks are being mailed to those we contacted. The CVCC regulars have an envelope at the club waiting for them.

We cannot be more grateful to everyone who came out to shoot, helped out, donated. played the raffles. Just everything. Your generosity is absolutely amazing.

It was a crazy day and had a new record of 168 shooters. Special thanks to the folks scoring and filling houses to keep things rolling.

Congratulations to John, Carter, and Scott for running 50 straits and the 18 and Under Team for collectivly hitting 229.
