We always strive to bring you the best talent and experiences. Unfortunately, we were recently the victims of a scam involving a band we were contracted to perform. Despite having a signed agreement and verified communication, it has come to light that this was a fraudulent representation. We have concrete proof of the scam and are taking appropriate action. Contracts are signed and the ticket buyers money was sent as a deposit. I’m sorry, we tried.
We understand how disappointing this may be, and we are actively working to secure an incredible replacement and ensure this does not happen again.

We know there’s been a lot of talk regarding last year’s expenditures and whether or not they’re being addressed. We want to be fully transparent: yes, we are still actively working through them.
It hasn’t been easy, but we’ve been taking real steps toward making things right — not just with our words, but with our actions. While it may not be visible to everyone, please know that the process is ongoing and we’re committed to fulfilling every obligation.
We’re doing this because it matters — to us, to the artists, and to all of you who continue to support and believe in this event.
We’ve learned a lot, and we’re applying those lessons to ensure this year’s festival reflects our values and the trust you’ve placed in us.
