What a spectacular day yesterday!
The fifteenth annual Finger Lakes Mud Run hosted around 700 mini mudders and mud runners, hundreds of spectators, several dogs, and the best group of volunteers! So many thanks to the volunteers from Tompkins County Community College Sports Management Class, the Marine Recruiting Office and Marine Poolies, Empower Federal Credit Union's Auburn Office, the Champions For Life, Inc. Board of Directors, Owasco Fire Department, Skaneateles Girls Volleyball, Auburn Boys Lacrosse, our families and friends, the staff at Champions for Life, and so many FLMR friends who come back year after year to lend a hand. Special thanks to Bill Brown and Steve Gage who the Mud Run and Champs would be lost without!
Our food vendors, Playa Bowls, Muzzi's Italian Ice, Poppy's Ice Cream, and the Bearded Bear BBQ knocked it out of the park! Thank you to our many amazing sponsors and vendors, including USA Racing who created our shirts, medals, and race bibs, and A&M Graphics, who did our signage at the park and around CNY, Auburn Party Tent Rental who delivered tables, chairs, and tents, our ATVs from O'Hara Machinery.
And of course, thank you to the many teams, individuals, families, and groups who joined us this year for our 15th Anniversary! We love this event and are so glad that you do too! We can't wait to see you next year!
