The Modern Media Conference is held annually at the Georgia State University Student Center ballrooms. The first two MMCs were held in 2012 and 2013 and featured over 65 speakers from the world of media and over 350 student attendees. The Modern Media Conference is held biannually at Georgia State University. The first five MMCs were featured over 90 speakers from the world of media and over 450 student attendees. MMC 2019 will be the first to be held across two campuses: with the Thursday portion held at the Decatur campus and the Friday portion at Atlanta.
