The set for Ella Mai’s Do You Still Love Me? Tour was inspired by her album’s artwork, with a grass-covered stage, foliage details, and a single white lounge chair. Custom-built risers created dynamic levels for both the band and Ella’s movement throughout the performance, with hyper-specific dimensions tailored to accommodate the large live band and the unique venues across the tour. A custom telephone booth served as a nod to the yellow phone featured throughout the album rollout, with an embedded microphone that transformed the phone into a functional performance element.

Thank you to Ella Mai, her team, and agent De’Mont Callender for being incredible partners in bringing this vision to life.

Rod Wave’s Don’t Look Down Tour is built around a massive, movable stage positioned at the center of the arena, placing the audience on all sides. Suspended above the stage, a 360° LED video wall delivers live performance feeds and custom visuals, creating an immersive experience from every vantage point in the room.

Throughout the performance, the stage rises and transforms, creating dynamic levels and shifting geometric compositions. At 864 square feet, the Don’t Look Down Tour features one of the world’s largest ‘floating’ stages. Pyrotechnics, smoke effects, and lasers create scale and spectacle, while spotlights and negative space bring all focus to Rod during the show’s most emotional moments. Every element, from the movement of the stage to the lighting and visual content, is designed to keep Rod Wave at the center while creating a constantly evolving environment around him.

Shaboozey and Gunna’s 2026 VMA performance builds on the theatrical, cinematic vision of the Outlaws Never Die tour. A saloon set piece and over 20 performers bring an outlaw town to life on the award show stage.

The first song, “Cowgirl” takes place inside Cherie Lee’s saloon, as a rehearsed one-shot camera movement tracks Shaboozey through the scene, featuring unique points of discovery along the way. Dancers, stuntmen, and musicians fill the bar as they perform meticulously timed choreography, including fight sequences with breakable props.

When a bounty hunter presents Boozey’s bounty poster, the performance transitions outside for the second song, “High Noon.” Screens provide a set extension around the physical saloon, creating the effect of an entire western town. Gunna emerges from an old west carriage for his verse, and joins Boozey at the front of the stage.

Pyrotechnics, lighting, and set extension visuals blend together as Cherie Lee’s saloon is set ablaze for the grand finale.

The WastedPotential team worked closely with Tanisha Scott for movement and choreography, as well as Asaf Rodeh and Drew Taubenfeld for musical arrangement and timing adaptation.

The creative direction and design for Jeezy’s Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood was built around celebrating the legendary career of “The Snowman.”

From the beginning, we wanted to lean into the juxtaposition of bringing snow to Las Vegas, using Jeezy’s iconic nickname as the foundation for the show’s visual identity. That concept evolved into a scenic landscape of sculpted snow mounds, housing a 50-piece orchestra and band that flanked the central performance area.

At the heart of the set, a large curved LED wall was framed with classic Vegas marquee bulbs, while oversized neon signage pushed the visual language further into the city’s iconic aesthetic.

The design paired the spectacle of Las Vegas with the story of Jeezy’s upbringing and career, creating a full-circle celebration of his journey and legacy in hip-hop.

That celebration extended beyond the stage. The residency was presented as a black-tie event, transforming the entire room and giving the night a sense of occasion worthy of an artist whose career has helped shape a generation of hip-hop.

The Son of Spergy Tour design was centered around a single LED wall served as the main set piece, with dynamic lighting and rolling fog. A single camera feed dominated the screen, balancing the scale with raw intimacy. A live band and gospel choir, the only other on-stage elements, placed all emphasis on the music itself.
