And the best part… the defining part of the meal – is the crispy skin. Normally if you go to any festivals or special events in (mainly) Asian countries you will see different variations of lechon. It can be bought by the kilo or as a whole or as a dish to eat with rice. Sometimes depending where you get it from its referred to as Asian roast pork J Or if you are Vietnamese you would call it Thit Quay.
