Even though Cedar Point and Magic Mountain now share the same corporate parents, there's still some chest-puffing going on for which one is the better "est" park (as in biggEST, tallEST, fastEST, etc.). This new first-of-its-kind ride is a great way to turn enthusiasts' attention from Sandusky back to Valencia.

Called the most beautiful Disney theme park ever built, Tokyo DisneySea became the second gate alongside the wildly successful Tokyo Disneyland on this day in 2001. Wishing the resort and the park a wonderful 25th birthday!

Where Adventure and Imagination Set Sail: Happy 25th anniversary to Tokyo DisneySea! Dedicated on September 4, 2001, this unique 150-acre park takes guests on an epic voyage into the myths and stories of the sea with eight themed ports, including Mysterious Island, Lost River Delta, and Fantasy Springs; the richly themed Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, which is located inside the park; and the Tokyo DisneySea waterway, the largest body of water in any Disney theme park. Honoring the anniversary is the “Sparkling Jubilee” celebration featuring distinctive events such as "Dance the Globe!," a brand-new stage show spotlighting Mickey and friends aboard a specially decorated barge.

BREAKING NEWS - ArieForce One has been sold! No details as to who has bought it or where it's going, but as of right now, it will live to ride another day.

We found it odd that New Six Flags (Cedar Fair?) would sell off one of the three founding Six Flags parks, but Enchanted Parks appears to have its best interests in mind. The park's name is changing and it's recovering a part of its past at the same time.

BREAKING NEWS - Dolly Parton, the country music icon and founder of one of Tennessee’s top attractions, has sadly passed away. The announcement comes from her official page, so we have no reason to believe this is a hoax.

We're all still recovering from the loss of Fun Spot and ArieForce One, but did you know another roller coaster just opened last week in the Atlanta area? "Spinning Coaster" at Thrillz Indoor Adventure Amusement Park is a brand new SBF Visa spinner. Located in Doraville near spaghetti junction. Rides are $10, or included in all-access passes.

Took the chance during the morning ACE Southeast event to get some up-close pics of the ride. We do not know its ultimate fate, but I sincerely hope she’s not ready to go yet …
