One week ago, Sacred Soul Saturday came to life as a benefit brunch and live concert.
Taking a big, blank room and turning it into a sacred experience was a challenge, to say the least.
There were multiple venue visits, warehouse visits, projection tests, floor plan adjustments, talent calls, seating decisions, production notes, last-minute changes, and very heavy usage of the iPhone Measure app.

So much of event production happens before anyone takes a seat. This reel is a glimpse of what it took to get the room ready before the first guest walked in and before Sacred Soul Saturday became what we all experienced together.
