I’m a coffee addict and a sucker for anything Star Wars themed so I swung by for the first time today! Tried their Dark Side Mocha Latte and it’s fantastic! They use raspberry for the dark side vibes and it made for a surprisingly delicious mix alongside the mocha. They’ve got a new regular!

Finished up a personal project of mine. Converted a Hasbro Luke ANH with a fully removable custom chassis. This was a tricky one due to limited internal length despite the generous ID. I managed to keep the external hilt mostly stock with some creative solutions internally to allow for the chassis to be removable. I also rebuilt the control box to give dual switch functionality and even designed/printed my own bubble card to keep that ANH aesthetic. This chassis is rocking a Proffie v3.9, 18650 removable battery (both with removable covers), high amp kill switch, 6-pole chassis connector and 28mm speaker, CCSabers LED blade PCB, 6 LED accent strip and a genuine quartz crystal illuminated by two independent LEDs.
I plan to make this chassis available on my Etsy shop as a kit so stay tuned. What’s next fellow sabersmiths?! 😎

Glam shots and close ups of the latest build. Fully functional Inquisitor inspired lightsaber with neopixel blades! The inner ring has 11.1v across three 21700 batteries to push the planetary geared motor and custom wheel for the friction drive. The outer ring is two neopixel PCBs driven by a Proffieboard v3.9 and a single 21700 battery for extra runtime. Wired directly to the board is a transmitter that speaks to a receiver plugged into any speaker of choice to pump out all the standard bass filled hums, spins, clashes and blaster effects! All the housings designed and 3D printed in either PLA or PETG for strength and durability. All in all…suavemente!! 😜
Can’t wait to see this thing wowing the convention floor !!

I love when I get a random “do whatever you want” project. Client is learning Proffie and wanted a test rig of sorts to learn config building on. I figured a custom chassis without the confines of a hilt but with all the bells and whistles would be the best way to learn. So that’s what I made. Taught myself a couple new design techniques doing this project that I’ll be able to use going forward. This was a fun one!
In it, I crammed a Proffieboard v3.9, almost 30 accent LEDs, CCsabers blade PCB, quartz crystal and chamber, 28mm bass speaker, Bluetooth module for wireless play using the ForceSync app, two buttons, USB-C charging and data transfer, magnetic covers for all the components and brass tubes to disguise all the wire routing. What do we think?

On a roll here! Another dope chassis but this time for the Vestige hilt that’s amazingly etched by !! The wood inlays take it up a notch for sure! On the inside, I worked my magic. Proffieboard treatment per usual for the brains. Two accent LEDs configured independently to mimic the pattern of the Luke control box arrows. Another 10 LED accent strip doing its own thing. Brass KR Sabers pixel switch, CCsabers pixel blade PCB, 24mm speaker, high amp kill switch and a flat top 18650 battery to power it all. Also that chassis is just as sturdy as it is pretty. No joke, I swung a blade around while directly holding the chassis….no lower section screwed on. Thoughts guys? 😜😎

Wrapping up a few hilts before I pack everything up to move. This is the latest feat I’ve accomplished on my saber journey. To my knowledge, the first Geonobi with a fully removable chassis. Other than having to pop the buttons back into their cutouts, it’s a very seamless and easy design but it’s also jam packed with all the dazzles and dazzles I could muster.
We have a Proffieboard for the brains, 2 accent LED strips configured independently, a dual LED crystal chamber, OLED display, two button functionality, v4 CCSabers LED PCB, high amp kill switch and a 28mm base speaker all powered by a removable 18650 flat top KeepPower battery. I feel like I put my whole foot in this build. What do you guys think? 🤓
