Athens is no stranger to the "late night dance party" phenomenon, but Wired is the only large scale event of its kind in Athens to reach out to festival goers with a day component; the opening acts are scheduled to go on in the mid-afternoon, with a different act appearing about every hour on two separate stages until the closing time of 2am.
