TOMORROW, September 15 at 7:00 PM, join us for a table read of "Les Misérables" in the Peggy Dow Performance Center. This table read is led by Melonie Carideo.

A story filled with revolution and romance, "Les Misérables" is an epic tale of hope and redemption. Sent to jail for stealing a loaf of bread in 19th-century France, prisoner Jean Valjean earns his release after 19 years of imprisonment only to find a world unwilling to give him a second chance.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR
Next month, we have two table reads perfect for the Halloween season.

On October 13 at 6:00 PM, we'll read "Misery" in the Peggy Dow Performance Center. This table read is led by Traci McKenzie. Later, on October 21 at 6:00 PM, we'll read "And Then There Were None" in the Peggy Dow Performance Center. This table read is led by Michael Webb.

A famous romance writer named Paul Sheldon crashes his car in a snowstorm. A local woman named Annie Wilkes—who says she is his "number one fan"—rescues him and brings him to her quiet home.

Agatha Christie's “And Then There Were None” is a thriller play about ten strangers who are lured to a remote mansion on Soldier Island off the coast of Devon, England

You can choose your level of participation—whether you want to sit back and enjoy listening or jump into the roles with us! 📖🎭

We want you to "honk" if you're country, by pushing the like button.

And tell us in the comments: what are your favorite 90s country hits?

Two-step and toe-tap along with the twangy tunes that defined a decade. Relive the nostalgia and feel the influence that still shapes country music today.

Don't miss "Gone 90s Country," Friday, October 23, at 7:00 PM

"Gone 90s Country" is directed by Traci McKenzie, an Athens Community Theatre director and performer, who brought us 2024s smash hit "Look What You Made Us Do" and last season's "Mic Drop: The Women Who Rule Music."
