Are you longing to be part of a Christian congregation that understands the power of unity amongst brethren?
Would you like to be a witness of multiple denominations coming together to celebrate King Jesus as One?
Then you will want to plan to come THIS Sunday to Athens High School for this historic gathering of The Church of Athens!

So far the following congregations are moving their services to the Athens High School gym THIS Sunday at 11am!!

We are celebrating what God is doing in our midst and are praying that other congregations will join us as well. 🎉 🙏🏼

Many Christian leaders are committed to show the city of Athens how we, as followers of Jesus, love one another. Our hope is that all Christian fellowships in the city will gather at Athens High School auditorium on October 27th at 11:00 AM for a united city-wide worship service! There are already at least 10 churches who have committed to forego their regular Sunday service(s) to gather together for celebration -- as the Israelites did three times a year in Jerusalem, and the early church did as often as they could!

We will enjoy songs, hymns and spiritual songs led by worship leaders from several churches, and Pastor Juan Moreno will bring the Word of God. Our worship time will last until 12:30 PM, followed by a time of common fellowship, with vouchers provided that can be used at one of several food trucks that will be available.
