🌟Calling all artists, makers and lovers of the handmade! 🌟
Vendor applications for the fifth annual Brew Art Hop are open! Interested artists, please visit the link in our bio for more information and to apply. Submissions are due by May 31st.

The Brew Art Hop is a unique pop-up event put on in collaboration with
On Friday July 17th, Taproom, and will host curated artisan markets from 3-8:30pm. Patrons may request a book mark at the first location they visit, and collect site specific stamps from each market. A full collection will win the patron a commemorative souvenir. (Pick up at The Brew BQ while supplies last, first come first serve)

Please feel free to share this application with an artist who you think would be a good fit for our event. We look forward to seeing you in July! 🍺🎨

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for Ohio Brew Week this year! Despite the rain we still had a fair few folks out and about collecting their Brew Art Hop stamps. We were even treated with a rainbow that evening! Everyone’s support of the event is much appreciated and we hope to see you next year! The turnout for Athens artists is always something to behold. We are grateful for all those who help us continue to thrive. 💚🌈

We have a last minute addition to the artist crew- of !
Shane Anglin designs stoneware ceramic pieces for both function and decoration. He likes to experiment with glazing techniques, and often times use his mugs to test different designs, resulting in truly unique pieces. Shop Shane’s ceramics at TAPROOM tomorrow 3-8:30pm!!!
Don’t forget, if you visit all three markets and collect the stamps on your event bookmark, you can claim a free souvenir glass at The Brew BQ after the hop! Glasses available while supplies last, pick up at Brew BQ by 9:30pm.

Their handmade jewelry, buckskin clothing, and woven baskets carry no “soul tax”. Talcon uses almost exclusively ethically wildcrafted and salvaged materials in their work. See you tomorrow 3-8:30pm!!!

We are pleased to add to our lineup of Devil’s Kettle vendors for the art hop this Friday. 🦋💕

In their work Madelyn likes to blend elements of traditional oil painting with embroidery to explore the boundaries between fine art and craft. Madelyn’s landscape paintings are inspired by local views in Athens and other places they have been, while using color and values to represent small moments and how pieces of memories can feel.

As a rural Appalachian with a southeastern Ohioan upbringing, Sullivan Potter’s experience growing up within the hills and hollers is rooted in his creativity. “Art By Sullivan” aspires to embrace the livelihoods of the ‘rednecks’ & the ‘hillbillies,’ while reclaiming and providing snapshots of authentic Appalachian perspectives.
