LAST CALL FOR CLAM BUCKS!
Where did you spend your Clam Bucks? We hope you had fun exploring local businesses during Great Columbia Crossing event week!
Today (Wednesday, October 14) is the last day Clam Bucks are accepted at most participating locations, so don't forget to bring yours along today.

Still have some left over? You can return unused Clam Bucks to the Chamber or hang on to them for next October's Great Columbia Crossing event week!

A few businesses have let us know they'll continue accepting Clam Bucks beyond Wednesday, so check with your favorite participating spots if you want to use them a little longer.

Whew! That was a fantastic event. Here are some post-event items you may be curious about.
** Results are available here: https://www.oldoregon.com/the-great-columbia.../results/
If you placed in the top 3 of your age division, but didn't get your slider award at the finish area, we have it at the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center. Stop by, call or email us to make arrangements to claim it.
** Unclaimed packets: If you registered but were unable to attend, we have your pre-purchased shirt available to you. Stop by, call or email us to make arrangements to claim it by the end of the month.
** Shirts: We will have 2026 event shirts for sale in our visitor center store starting later this week. (limited stock) Stop in to buy one. We are open 7 days a week.
** Finisher Medals: We ran out of medals for the first time ever! We’re stoked that a higher percentage of you crossed the finish line this year!
If you left your contact info with us at the finish line, or emailed, we’ve got you and will be in touch soon with an update. If you didn’t get one, and haven’t emailed or given our staff your name and contact info, please reach out now.
** Found Items: We have a few gear check bags that were unclaimed and miscellaneous items turned into lost and found. Contact us to see if we have your missing item as we’d love to reconnect you with it.

TOMORROW, WE CROSS THE COLUMBIA!
Our crew is putting the finishing touches on race day prep. Now it’s your turn to get ready!

Set out your race clothes, double-check your alarm, and get a good night's sleep. Tomorrow morning, our runners and walkers will come together for a pretty unforgettable trip across the Astoria-Megler Bridge.

Whether this is your first crossing or an annual tradition, we can't wait to see you at the starting line!

Rest up, travel safely, and we'll see you tomorrow!

(Packet pick up is open at the Chamber office Saturday until 7 p.m.)

We are so excited to see all 3,500 of you cross the bridge tomorrow.
Get some rest, arrive early for shuttles and be ready to share your best joke with our starting area DJ, Bruce Smith Music.

If you did not pick up your race number yet, we are open until 7 p.m. this evening at the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce.
The final opportunity is Sunday morning from 6-7 a.m. at the Basin Street shuttle area - there is a $25 fee for this late pickup and no event parking at this location.

We've seen a lot of smiling faces already this week and we're looking forward to seeing 1,200 more of you today as packet pickup continues at the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
These tips can help make your visit efficient:
* Yes, you can send one person to pick up multiple packets whether the group waits outside our building or at home.
* Be prepared to fill out a claim ticket for each participant. If you are picking up for friends or family, have the correct spelling of their first and last name and the city they live in.
* Check the label on your race bib when you receive it. Does the personal info match you (or the person you are picking up for?) Let us know if there was a typo.
* You can exchange the shirt you purchased if you want a different size in our pop-up store after you get your packet. (based on availability)
* Did you miss your packet pick up time earlier this week? Come see us today, we want you to get your stuff, so you can join us on the course tomorrow.
