While the North Pole Experience is taking a little holiday break this year, we know that visiting with our wonderful Santa has become a special Christmas tradition for so many families.

And apparently, Santa’s calendar isn’t completely full just yet. ❀️

Santa may have limited availability this holiday season for private family photo sessions, home visits, holiday parties, corporate events, community gatherings, and other special appearances.

If you’d like to see if Santa can make a little extra room in his schedule for your family or event, we’ve created a Private Santa Visit & Photo Inquiry Form.

Simply complete the form at the link below, and your information will be shared directly with Santa so he can follow up regarding availability, details, and pricing.

πŸŽ„ An Update from the North Pole πŸŽ„

We have some news to share that we know will disappoint many of our families and truthfully, it disappoints us too.

After a lot of consideration, North Pole Experience and Holiday High Tea with Santa and Friends will not return for the 2026 holiday season.

With an incredibly busy calendar of events and experiences this fall and winter, along with the staffing needed to create North Pole Experience at the level our guests have come to expect, we made the difficult decision to give the North Pole a rest this Christmas.

We know this experience has become a holiday tradition for so many families. We've watched little ones meet Santa, helped make countless cups of cocoa, seen plenty of Christmas wishes whispered to elves, and had the privilege of being part of some pretty magical family memories. We don't take that lightly.

And that's exactly why we didn't want to simply squeeze it into the calendar and not have it feel like North Pole Experience you have known to love.

To everyone who has visited the North Pole, returned year after year, attended a High Tea, told your friends, shared your photos, and made us part of your family's traditions: thank you. ❀️

We know there will be some disappointed kiddos (and probably a few grown-ups, too), and we're genuinely sorry we won't be welcoming you through the North Pole doors this season.

While the workshop may be quiet this year, there's still plenty of holiday magic ahead all over the Fox Valley!

Thank you for understanding, for supporting the crazy things we dream up, and most of all, for making the North Pole such a special place.

From the wide eyed little snowflakes (and big snowflakes!) at the evening event to to the smiles, laughter and wonderment at the tea party… thank you. You really showed us so much joy and love this season.

From tiny twinkles of excitement to the sweetest manners at the table, every laugh, smile, curtsy, and β€œthank you” made this experience truly magical. Seeing families dressed up, sharing treats, and making memories together reminded us why the season is so special.

Mrs. Claus and the elves have been buzzing ever since ! Thank you for bringing the joy, the kindness, and the sparkle that made this tea party one we will never forget. Thank you for believing in the magic and spending part of your holiday with us. πŸŽ„βœ¨

We are nearly completely sold out of our full North Pole Experience this season, and with so many requests for Santa photos, we wanted to create one more opportunity for families to visit Santa before he heads back to the North Pole to prepare for the big night.

π’πšπ§π­πš 𝐏𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐨 π„π±π©π«πžπ¬π¬ is a quick, festive photo opportunity with Santa for families who missed the full experience but would still love a special holiday photo.

π„π―πžπ§π­ πƒπžπ­πšπ’π₯𝐬:
β€’ $10 per child (all children ages 0–17 require a paid ticket)
β€’ Limit of 2 adults per family
β€’ Quick photo experience only β€” this is not the full North Pole Experience
β€’ All ticket holders must arrive and be in line by 7:30 PM
