If I were strolling through Ashley Country Christmas, one of my favorite things to do would probably be wandering the light displays while sipping on a hot cup of cocoa, especially if it's served with a homemade marshmallow or a splash of peppermint. The festive glow, the sound of carolers, and the smell of fried dough in the air—pure holiday magic.

But let's be honest, I’d definitely end up at that food stand too. An elephant ear? Can’t beat it—crispy edges, buttery layers, cinnamon-sugar perfection. Though a deep-fried Oreo does sound like a warm hug in dessert form. Might have to try both... and maybe that Snickers bar for the road.

Welcome to the Village of Ashley Country Christmas! We are the destination of the North Pole Express train and our Village population triples each time our train visitors steam into the Country Christmas! Santa Claus is waiting, with Mrs. Claus, to listen to your wishes, and his reindeer are nearby. Come walk the downtown decorated in 1940s/1950s holiday splendor, go on a horse drawn wagon ride, do holiday gift shopping, enjoy entertainment, a meal, and more set in those bygone days when travel by train was still the way to go.
