Hey young showpeople!

As you prepare for your county fair, remember your animal is your teammate, not just a project. Be patient and kind, especially when they're nervous. Congratulate your fellow competitors - they worked hard too! Listen to judges' feedback and thank everyone who helped you along the way.

The 2026 Ashland County Junior Fair Livestock Sale will be held on Friday-September 25th. The One Day-Two Ring Auction will begin at 8:30a.m. with the Sale of Champions first followed by two ring auctions (Large Animals and Small Animals)-see approximate time schedule below.

The Ohio State Fair Dog show and agility trail registration is officially open. Registration closes June 21st at 1pm. No late entries will be accepted.

Dog show dates: Sunday July 19-Tuesday July 21
