Filmmakers have less than 100 days to submit their short films for the 2026 Asheville Film Festival!

This year's festival will be held August 21st-23rd at the Masonic Temple in beautiful downtown Asheville. The Awards Night Gala will be Saturday evening. Tickets to individual film blocks will be available to the public as well as VIP Passes for the entire weekend! So make sure to submit those films, mark your calendars, and order that red carpet outfit- AFF 2026 is coming in HOT! 🤩

The 2026 Asheville Film Festival is accepting submissions right now! The earlybird deadline is February 20th so don't forget to submit your film ASAP to take advantage of that earlybird pricing!

We're looking for short films, under 40 minutes, that have yet to achieve commercial success and/or have not won a "Best Film" award in another festival. We are SO EXCITED to see what you all have been working on and we hope you'll consider us when submitting your short films this year.
