We are absolutely devastated to share the heartbreaking news that Dover Saddlery in North Kingstown will be closing its doors. 💔

For years, this store has been so much more than just a tack shop, it has been the heart of our local equestrian community. From their endless support and generous sponsorships of RIHA events to being THE place to get custom fitted for tall boots, shopping for your first show, or getting an expert answer to any equipment question, Dover has been there for us all.
Walking into that store and catching that familiar smell of leather is something so many Rhode Island equestrians will deeply miss.

Above all, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated employees. Your expertise, patience, friendliness, and shared love for the horse made every visit special. You helped our riders look and feel their best in the show ring, and your absence will leave a massive void in our community.

Thank you, Dover RI, for everything you have done for the Rhode Island Horseman's Association and our entire horse community. We wish the incredible staff nothing but the very best in their next chapters.

Our store will soon be closing its doors. Thank you for your support and loyalty over the years. Serving you and your horse has truly been our privilege, and we’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
