FIVE YEARS of Nicki at Orion Hill 💚

It is honestly impossible to put into words just how much Nicki does to make this place what it is. The success of Orion Hill is deeply tied to the care, leadership, and heart she pours into it every single day. She goes above and beyond in ways most people never see, but the impact is felt by every client, every vendor, and everyone who walks through our doors.

Because of the support she gives us, Adam and I are able to be more present, both here and especially at home with our kids. We make a heck of a team, but having Nicki means knowing things are being handled with the same thoughtfulness and standards we would give ourselves, if not better, which is incredibly hard to find.

Nicki is family to us in every way. Not just in business, but in life. She steps in during hard seasons and celebrates the good ones right alongside us. We constantly hear people singing her praises, and I always reply that we truly feel like we won the lottery having her on our team! She really is as beautiful on the inside as she is the out 🥹

We are beyond grateful. We love you, Nini!
