Create Texas West Main Arts Festival

10th Annual West Main Arts Festival – Downtown Arlington – 201 W Main Street, 76010 🎶

Get ready, Arlington! On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the heart of Downtown will burst into color, sound, and flavor as the West Main Arts Festival takes over for its 9th annual celebration of all things creative! From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we’re turning the historic West Main Street corridor into one big street party—complete with live music, dazzling art, delicious eats, and good vibes for all ages. FREE

It’s more than just a festival—it’s Arlington’s creative heartbeat, pulsing with energy, talent, and community spirit. Whether you’re grooving to a jazz set, chatting with an artist, or just strolling with a taco in hand, you’ll feel the magic of West Main.

✨ Festival Highlights:
• Three Live Music Stages – From jazz to rock, indie to acoustic, and even youth performances. Hispanic Heritage stage is new this year. Featuring host Alejandro Terra, Sam Houston High School Mariachi, and more
• 70+ Artist Booths – Paintings, sculptures, photography, ceramics, jewelry, and more.
• Interactive Art – Fun for kids and the young-at-heart.
• Live Art in Action – Watch murals take shape, see painting demos, and join workshops.

Bursting with world-famous melodies, including the legendary, high-flying Queen of the Night aria, Mozart’s iconic Singspiel, The Magic Flute (Die Zauberflöte in German), sparkles with playful comedy and journeys over the rainbow 🌈 to happily ever after.

Brought vividly to life by DFW’s opera stars, this imaginative production is directed by Sienna Riehle, and conducted by Christopher Leach.

As Mozart’s beloved characters venture beyond the familiar, their journey carries them from the shadowy forests of Oz to the glittering gates of the Emerald City, where appearances can be deceiving, and courage is the greatest magic of all. 👠 Don your ruby slippers... we’re off to see the wizard!
