Guild Encampments/ Performer/ School/ Vendor Application Form
a BAIL FEE of one hundred dollars that must be turned in with your application. If you bail, you forfeit your bail fee. You are entering into a binding contract DO NOT OVER BOOK YOURSELF! Once you are ok'ed for this event payment is due. Cancellation notices for medical or other reasons will be reviewed and refunds may be given.

We are also requesting that no items be sold that are made of plastic, as we market this event as a village where the items sold are hand-made and/or natural. If you feel there may be an exception, please contact us.

if your booth is anything less than two hundred sq feet the price is $60.00 if you are over two hundred sq feet it is $90.00. per weekend

Sellers Permit- You are required to have a California Seller’s Permit prior to participating in Excalibur Medieval Tournament & Market Faire
Unlike years past I must have a copy of your permit before you can sell .
RELEASE FOR PARTICIPATION AS A VENDOR IN

I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT: Once ok'ed payment is due
LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration for being permitted by the above organization to participate in the above activity, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may hereafter accrue as a result of my participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, the above organization (their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers).
I understand that the above activity may be of a hazardous nature and/or include physical and/or strenuous exercise or activity; that serious accidents occasionally occur during the above activity; and that participants in the above activity occasionally sustain mortal or personal injuries and/or property damages as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risk involved, nevertheless, I have voluntarily applied to participate in said activity, and I hereby agree to assume any and all risks of injury or death and to release and hold harmless the above organization (their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers), who through negligence, carelessness, or any other act or omission might otherwise be liable to me. I further understand and agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risks is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I further agree to indemnify and to hold the above organization (their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers), free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as a result of any injury and/or property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity.
PHOTO RELEASE: Commercial photography and filming activities may be conducted . I may appear in the resulting pictures or films that may be used in connection with advertising, news reporting, entertainment or other activities. Entry into the Festival and/or purchase of an admission ticket constitutes my consent for this organization to use your picture and films without payment in any manner or purpose we desire.
I have carefully read this agreement, waiver, and release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the above organization, and I sign it of my own free will.
