Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your time slot. As a reminder, please warm up in the parking lot and leave your cases in your vehicle.

Trophy pickup has concluded for the year. Satori staff would like to thank all parents and participants who were patient with us as we experienced technical and logistical difficulties. Over 500 participants picked up trophies today. Participants who picked up their trophies should expect their name plates to arrive in the mail by the end of next month. The remaining 700+ trophies will be shipped out in the next few weeks. We hope all of our participants had a fun and valuable experience with this year's festival.

We would like to take this time to remind parents to treat festival staff with kindness and respect even as we experience setbacks. There will be no tolerance for rudeness or aggressive behavior that may scare other participants.

Trophy pickup has moved to Newcastle Park at 143 W Colorado Blvd, Arcadia, CA 91007! It is up the street from the original location. The parking lot entrance is on Colorado. We will be set up near the parking lot.

Trophy deliveries for the Los Angeles area have concluded. Festival staff were unable to access some apartment buildings and business addresses for hand delivery. If you did not receive a delivery today and live in the Los Angeles area, your trophy will be delivered via UPS within the next two weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We heard that some parents who signed up for trophy pickup did not receive emails notifying them of the pickup time. We are working to resolve the issue and there will be additional pickup dates next week.

Trophy pickup for Orange County is taking place TODAY 9/18/2020 until 7pm at 607 1/2 North Harbor Boulevard Fullerton, CA 92832. Please access our location through the side street on Malvern.

Additionally, if you signed up for delivery, your trophy has been packaged for delivery and we will not have them with us at our Orange County pickup location.

Please be on the lookout for information about next week's pickup dates.
