Hi!

Getting so close!
Have to ask for a little help again;

Who can help pitch in for burgers (lettuce, buns, tomatoes- condiments), I have the hot dogs taken care of, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.I have most everything thing else covered.

I am unsure of all who’s attending, I just hope that we all can make this a special tribute and weekend for us all.

Those camping:
There won’t be a ton of shade/trees to camp by, please bring sun shade/canopies to help add to shade. There is a large pavilion for shade, any more we can make will be ideal.

Can you bring extra sun shades/pop ups/canopies?

Please bring swimming/aqua attire, there’s a rumor about a large inflatable water slide...

Wanting to bring your PET?
Do they play well with others?
Will you clean up after it?
There will be a few people and kids, their safety is upmost importance with animals.
You may have animals as long as you are attentive to your pet. Off leash ok is depending on how they behave.

I really don’t want to have to ask people to take care of them.

Hello everyone!

Time is whittling away, showing that this mountain campout/memorial/birthday/reunion is almost upon us.

IF YOU HAVE NOT SPECIFIED YOU’RE ATTENDING, please do so ASAP!
Those tent camping or bringing RVs, need to include that ASAP.
There will be deadline for this so we can keep costs down for this shin dig.

This is a FREE PRIVATE CAMPOUT with much emphasis on RVSP.

Space is limited; yet can accommodate a good amount as long as people notify in advance.

More details to come.

Hello everyone, Charlie here; wanted to ask if there would be some volunteers to help me with some tasks for this celebration party:

Memorial table organizer- someone to help setup and make a memorial table layout with pictures or memorabilia for Josh -Yoshi-. I can supply a small projector with a screen for digital slide show if you would like.

BBQ burger chef- Saturday for the BBQ to have help cooking burgers and hotdogs for the potluck. It may be 60 or so burgers depending on need.

Camp Cordinator-
There will be open camping with potential or 10 tents and 4 Rvs. Help me Coordinate camping- there will be a list of RVSP campers, will have list in full day of and possible layout.

Portable trash cans and water stations. I could use a couple hand washing stations if any would assist?

Fire pit master/attendant
-firewood also needed-
Tend to the fire pit on the evenings of the karaoke and music celebration. In ground pit at site, no pallet wood allowed per venue request. Fire tend till you are done or relieved? Sundown- 1am?
