Desert flowers are truly some of my favorite … what badass little things, blooming and creating such beauty in in the harshest of environments. They remind me a lot of trail runners … it takes months of the right conditions (training) to produce a bloom, and then the plant has to survive and thrive through everything the elements can throw at them to produce a few moments of indescribable glory 🌸 Can’t wait to experience some moments of glory with everyone in July, there’s truly nothing like it!

All smiles for a desert sunset 🌵 we’ll have a waxing crescent moon 🌙 this July 22, and it’ll be a pretty beautiful sight to the west once that sun dips behind the mountains 👏🏽 Who’s coming to run with us?!

Winding through the red shank & grasslands, the course lies around 3,800 feet above sea level … great for a mini altitude adjustment and some heat and night training 🤌🏽
