🌾 Arickaree FFA Farm Safety Day 2026 🚜
What an incredible day of learning, hands-on experiences, and agricultural safety education at Arickaree School! Our Farm Safety Day was designed to teach elementary students the importance of staying safe around farms, ranches, equipment, electricity, emergency situations, and other agricultural hazards. Through interactive stations and presentations, students learned valuable lessons that they can carry with them for years to come! 🦺

A huge THANK YOU to all of our participating schools for bringing their students and making this event such a success! We were excited to welcome 150 students from:

A True Legendary Owl 🦉💛💙
Please join us in congratulating our very own FFA Advisor, Mrs. Beth Ray, on being honored as a Legendary Owl!

This recognition is a reflection of the countless students she’s has inspired, the lives she has impacted, and the dedication she has given to agricultural education, FFA, and our community.

For years, Mrs. Ray has been a mentor, teacher, role model, and a friend. Her passion for agriculture and her commitment to helping others succeed have left a lasting mark that will continue for years to come.

We are incredibly proud to call her one of our own and even prouder to celebrate this well deserved honor!

Did you know a small group can make such a huge difference? Today the Arickaree FFA chapter mowed the Cope Cemetery in preparation for Labor Day. Though we may be “as small as small can be,” our students are carrying on the work this chapter once did with 40 members. A big thank you to those parents and grandparents that lended a helping hand in making sure all equipment was ready for this event.

Always proud of these kids — once again, it’s a good day to be a Bison. 🦬💚

Arickaree FFA - 2 Star National Chapter ⭐️⭐️
The National Chapter Award allows members to showcase the special parts of our communities and how well rounded our programs is.

Arickaree FFA will be represented by 2 members at the National FFA Convention where they will recieve this award. While we don’t know who they may be yet, these three individuals put in the heavy lifting in construction the application for this award…

Arickaree FFA’s Annual Cajun Broil is a little less than a month away! Be sure to swing by the school on Aug 28th @6:30 for some shrimp, crawfish, and corn on the cob 🦐. All eat free, but donations are appreciated.

In addition, our Elementary Teachers have a Movie Night planned for our students proceeding dinner 🎬 make sure you bring the whole family!
