Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival The Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival is quickly becoming an Annapolis Maryland tradition. It is th A festival celebrating chocolate with a holiday art market.

There is fun activities for all at this family friendly event. When the festival ends West Street / Annapolis Arts District will illuminate its Holiday Light Canopy. The event is held on the first Sunday of December on the first block of West Street in Annapolis Maryland
