🏆 Annandale Care Center Recognized Among Minnesota’s High-Performing Nursing Homes!

We are proud to announce that Annandale Care Center has earned the new High-Performing Nursing Home designation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)!

What makes this recognition so special?

⭐ Only 67 of Minnesota’s 338 nursing homes received this distinction.

⭐ Just 11.6% of nursing homes nationwide qualified.

⭐ The designation goes beyond the traditional 5-star rating, recognizing facilities that meet additional standards for staffing, regulatory compliance, and performance.

This recognition is a testament to the dedication, compassion, and commitment of our incredible team.

We are proud of the care we provide, grateful for the trust our residents and families place in us, and honored to serve the Annandale community.

To our team: Thank you for making excellence in care a priority every day! ❤️
