Anderson Ski Club Limited An SC nonprofit 501c3 corporation promotes competitive and recreational water skiing. We encourage and welcome you to join the club.

Affiliated with USA Water Ski, we collaborate with Anderson County to secure USACE authorization to install a regulation ski course on Lake Hartwell near buoy S58A. Anderson Ski Club was established in 2003 by a group of water sports enthusiasts to promote the sport of water skiing and facilitate fellowship among the membership. Annual dues are very affordable. The Masters is known throughout the world as the most prestigious watersports tournament. The event began in 1959 at Callaway Gardens and is held annually during the Memorial Day weekend.

Wearing an inflatable life jacket is one way to comply with the requirement that EVERYONE in the boat must wear a US Coast Guard approved life jacket when towing a skier through the course. However, these life jacket designs do need periodic inspection and maintenance to ensure they will perform, if needed. See the video for more information and limitations on their use and care.
