Thank you all for coming! Shoutout to our all star crew! Connie & Maggie in the office, Kelly in the tractor; Nick, Adam and Patrick for setting barrels ; Digger at the gate ALLLLLLLLL DAY; Aaron was magic on the mic; and the Slope County Kyles for all the prep work this week!! Shausta Lee Blodgett will be back at the helm next year!! Special thanks to Connie Buck for whizzing through the computer work …that program is a beast that she has beaten into submission!

How about that ground?!! 😍🤩

Office will be closed until we get moved up to the crows nest. All office needs can be met at the crows nest at 1:00. Walk softly on the catwalk, that sucker makes crazy noise! 😂

Jackpot office is the white Pfifer trailer right behind the crows nest. Ready to start Exhibitions on time!

We have a plan! The ground is for sure wet. We’re going to push everything back an hour (exhib at 10:30, JP at 1pm). We’ll rip the ground open at 7am, and let it sit until 10:15am. It should actually be great for the barrel race. FAQ in comments!

I’ll meet with the fair board and the contestants onsite in about an hour to see if we need to make any changes to the schedule for tomorrow. Stay tuned for an update by 10pm MDT

08/28/2026

It IS raining in Amidon and the arena IS wet. As of 5:51pm, we still think it will be good, safe and fast for tomorrow. More updates to come!
