St. Jude Fish Fry - Amherst, WI We started this St. Jude Fish Fry at the Amherst Fair on Fridays in 2024 to raise money for the Children's Hospital. All proceeds go to the hospital.

We have a great community, local businesses & friends that help with funds to go toward start-up costs.

2026 St. Jude Fish Fry Fundraiser was another sell out. We still can't believe all the support that we have received and continue to receive. We would like to thank everyone that purchased a dinner last night. We would also like to Thank Abby Bey from the River Valley Riders for donating funds from 3 of her cakes at the cake auction totaling $600 and Jon Glodowski for the Tips for Kids jug $252. We would like thank the fair board for getting us an outlet for our booth. We will definitely make sure we have more fish for years to come.

We could not do this without our Family for all their hard work throughout the week for prep and for the day of the fry.

Last year's 2025 St. Jude Fish Fry at the Amherst Fair was amazing! We could not have asked for better weather for a Fair in 2025. Let alone a great community. We raised our goal for 2025 to sell 200 Fish Frys! Lo and behold, we did it! We were SOLD OUT by 7 pm. That is correct at 7 pm. We could not believe it. People were lining up at 4pm, and they kept coming. We had great help again this year and donations from Wysocki Potatoes, Point Supply, and cash donations from Family and Friends to help with start-up costs. We are beyond thankful for the support and encouragement to continue this Fish Fry. We raised $4090.00 for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital for the night and had an outside check to be added to our fundraiser of $500.00.

Dale and I drove down to Memphis, TN, in January to deliver the check to the Hospital. That being said, we will continue this Fish Fry Fundraiser as long as we continue to receive the support. We truly appreciate it. We will increase our goal to 250 dinners to make sure we have enough for our 2026 Fair Goers.

Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.....See you all at the Fair - Under the Grandstand—--St. Jude Fish Fry Fundraiser—Friday, July 17th, 4 pm until we sell out.
