There’s just something about the horses at Sunny Heights. 🤎

They are so much more than part of the scenery… they are the heart and soul of this property. Through every season, every sunrise, every quiet evening, and every new face that comes through the gate, they’re here. They welcome you, keep watch over the property, and somehow have a way of making sure no one ever feels quite alone.

Horses have a kind of healing that’s hard to put into words. They bring peace without trying, comfort without asking questions, and remind us to slow down and be present. There is something incredibly special about sharing this place with them.

And every single time we get photos back from a photoshoot involving these three, we’re amazed all over again. The way they naturally become part of the story, the memories, and the magic of Sunny Heights never gets old.

Unfortunately I have made the call to cancel Clear Lake and Eldora. Its no fun being in the cold, wet rain. And me personally am getting kind of tired of it!
