Amery Fall Festival is seeking convertibles to be used in this year’s parade, to be held on September 19th 2026 (Saturday).
These will be used to drive Queen candidates, Grand Marshalls, etc through the parade.

ISO: Bean Bag Tournament Director

Do you love playing bean bags? Do you also love helping our community / volunteering? If you said “yes”, this is a perfect volunteer opportunity for YOU! (And guess what…it is only a 1 day commitment 🙌)

OVERVIEW:
The Bean Bag Tournament Director is responsible for operating the bean bag tournament on Saturday September 19th 2026. Duties listed below.

Participants of the bean bag tournament will sign up at the beer garden (AFF Director group will help with sign-up process) then you’ll essentially handle the flow / operation of the tournament.

This is a “day of event” volunteer position (no other volunteer time commitment is required). Help us keep this great event in our Amery Fall Festival weekend!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Available 9/19/2026 from 1:30pm until early evening
- Ability to have fun!

DUTIES:
- Track teams on bracket board
- Moderate tournament (ensure teams are playing according to rules, manage tournament flow, assist Amery Fall Fest Directors in giving prizes to tournament winners).
