It’s been two years since I’ve introduced myself on here… perhaps it’s time to say hello from behind the scenes again.

My name is Sara. I am the owner and operator of Fair Haven at the Vineyards. I was raised near Fair Haven and have a deep appreciation for Arkansas Wine Country that I love sharing and building with others. I’ve spent most of the last twenty years in Texas but I’ve been so grateful to invest in the community where I grew up!

I have a B.S. in Corporate Wellness from Arkansas Tech and an almost Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (which naturally comes out a lot). I consider getting to the heart of the matter my superpower. My first career ambition was to be a fashion designer and my first job was sweeping floors on my dad’s construction sites. I usually spent most of long summer days making cardboard appliance boxes into beautiful playhouses. I got very sick as a teenager, which led to a purposeful career in preventive wellness instead. I designed and managed award winning, corporate wellness programs for multibillion dollar earning companies for nearly 15 years. My love for design and people came to life through Fair Haven. My proudest role is being the mother to two beautiful children, Isabella and John Greyson.

I so love the relationships made through Fair Haven and being a part of one of the most special moments of my clients’ lives. I am always sad the morning after a wedding because I hate goodbyes. Tours, planning meetings and driving the bride from the bridal cottage to the venue are my favorite parts of this gig. I consider myself best at problem solving and managing multiple projects simultaneously. (When I say you aren’t bothering me, you really aren’t.) I also really love to host parties that bring our clients and their families back and investing in my vendor friendships.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped make this dream of Fair Haven come true!! Thank you to everyone who has let me into your lives. It’s been an honor. Lots of love from the vineyards! 💌

Our weekend packages have always included the option to have an onsite rehearsal dinner. We will now be offering design add ons like this to help you celebrate in luxe, but welcoming style.

The evening ended as all of our vendor events do, sharing time together with those who we are so thankful to know, have the honor to serve with, and adore! ✨

Maddie and Caleb’s wedding day felt like the most beautiful pages of a fairytale… Childhood sweethearts becoming a family surrounded by their closest loved ones amongst the backdrop of rolling hills and lush vineyards. The design elegantly mirrored the natural landscape with a luxe, but welcoming invitation for celebration. Every detail was thoughtful on this picturesque spring day and we are so thankful to have been a small part of it.
