Earlier this week the BG Senior High Concert Band 🎼 and Marching Band 🎺 spent the day going to the Fairview and Eldorado Campus to promote the Elementary band program!

Band starts in 4th grade at BG, but students can join the band program anytime from 4th grade until 12th grade!

Congratulations 🎉 BG Elementary students on an outstanding concert at PMEA 5th Grade Song Fest this evening!

Makenzie, Aylyn, Brooklyn, and Olivia spent the last month rehearsing after school to prepare for the one day event! They were joined with over 120 other students from Blair, Bedford, Cambria, and Somerset Counties who spent the day singing in preparation for this evenings concert! 🎵

This year, the Fest was held at Spring Cove Middle School!

Way to go girls! 🤩👏🏻

The dust hasn’t quite settled yet, but BG students were a part of school history today!!!

Sending a HUGE congratulations 🎉 to Senior, Jacob Mellott (trumpet) 🥇 and Sophomore, Patrick Van Kleunen (trombone) 🥇

The boys spent the last 4 days in the Poconos preparing to perform in the PMEA All State Wind Ensemble and Concert Band with the top musicians in Pennsylvania.

We are extremely proud of your hard work and dedication to your craft! Success breeds success, and you fine young men are leading the way! 🌟
