A local vacuum store is doing something a little different this Earth Week.

NorthStar Vacuums is encouraging residents to bring in their old, broken, or unused vacuum cleaners as part of a recycling and trade-in event aimed at reducing landfill waste.

Instead of throwing them away, the store says many of these machines can be:
✔ Recycled responsibly
✔ Used for salvageable parts
✔ Kept out of local landfills

As part of the event, customers may receive:

💵 $25 to $100 Trade-In Credit
toward a newer or fully serviced vacuum with warranty

The goal, according to the store, is simple:
