Now until 10pm we have our social event at Outpost Neighborhood Tavern! Please come to Outpost to collect your free drink ticket and enjoy some wonderful food and atmosphere directly next to Lake Eola! Full service restaurant!

When you check in at Outpost, you will also receive your other free drink ticket to District Dive, located next to Southern Nights!

The moment you have all been waiting for is here! Registration for the 2026 Orange Blossom Tennis Championships will open on the GLTA Tournament software website on January 1st!

We heard your feedback and we hope to have you all join us for our Survivor-themed tournament where hopefully you will Outwit, Outlast and Outplay your competitors.

We will have age divisions for singles and doubles (50+ and 60+) and weather and court availability permitting we will be offering singles AND doubles consolation.

Who is ready for some tennis in Orlando! 🍊

We are only a few days away from the first serve on Saturday morning! Some few friendly reminders!

Draws and schedule of play for Day 1 have been published on the GLTA tournament software website. We allow 2 hours to give you plenty of time for your matches. Please arrive 15 minhtes before your scheduled time. We also ask that you do not bombard the desk to see when you are going on court. There will be a screen to see what matches are on and which ones are next on.

We have access to a speaker that covers all courts. Please listen for your name to be called. GLTA tules regarding anyone being late for their match after they’ve been called will be in full effect.

That being said, PLEASE limit warmups to 5 minutes. We have a large facility of 25 courts, if you can help be court monitors and are not playing it would be appreciated. We will also announce when it is time to begin play and additional monitors will inform you to begin play in case you did not hear it on the speaker.

Current weather is set to be sunny with highs in the upper 80s-low 90s. We hope we don’t see the “R” word in sight at all this weekend. Please make sure you apply and reapply sunscreen and start drinking extra fluids now.

We will have our welcome on site hitting at the courts from 6-9pm! Come on down for some hitting, picking up your player bag, have some light refreshments and a wonderful start to the weekend.

Additional information regarding our benefacting charities, banquet and more will be revealed by email closer to this weekend. Please be aware some changes may occur and you will all be the first to know!

Attention OBTC players! We are a little over a week until first ball strike on Saturday, April 6!

Seeds are out and unmatched doubles players have been matched. We hope to have draws out this weekend but no later than Tuesday along with a schedule of play.

We will be hosting an open hit at the facility where the tournament will be held - Sanlando Park on Friday, April 5th from 6:00-9:00. There are plenty of LGBT establishments about 15-20 minutes from the facility.

Southern Nights will be hosting Drag Race Season 17 contestant Crystal Envy on Friday and the bars next to them District Dive and
Stiffy’s will be a good time as well. If you’re looking for a more chill older vibe we recommend Savoy.

We also ask that you please stick to 5 minute warmups and will do our best to monitor warmups. We have over 200 players and want to make sure we have the ability to stay on track. If you would like to help volunteer and be a court monitor, please let the desk know or message Kevin Dillon.

We will have a microphone and call out names through the speaker system at the courts. Please be alert if your name is called.

Please hydrate and wear sunscreen as the Orlando sun can be unfriendly and a lot of courts do not have shade. We will have snacks and anything you may need for your matches.

Hello everyone!

Our entry and withdrawal deadline is fastly approaching - tomorrow at 11:59PM EST. This date is also the last time that you can withdraw and receive a full refund.

When you check in for your welcome bag, we will ask if you will be attending the banquet. We are finalizing the details, but most likely will be held next to Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando in the Thornton Park district and a short uber ride away to many LGBTQ+ establishments to party the night away after.

We kindly ask that any changes that you make whether it be a division change or doubles partner change to make it within your entry.

Hello everyone! We wanted to post an update as our tournament is just a few weeks away. We are currently at 145 players registered. We do have a decent amount that have not paid. For anyone that has not paid, you will be notified and removed from the entry list on March 5th, our withdrawal deadline.

Please email or message Dan Merrithew or Kevin Dillon if you have a free entry that needs to be applied or any questions regarding payment.

C 50+ and B 50+ singles are on a waitlist. A 50+ singles has one open spot remaining. Please let us know if you want to move into regular divisions.

For our local players, we are looking for anyone that would be willing to host out of town players. Please contact us if you have any space.

If there are any players looking for housing opportunities or open to having players/connect with players to room, let us know as well and we will do our best to connect.

We are looking forward to your arrival!
