We’re delighted to announce our summer lineup of workshops under The Workshop umbrella! ⛱️
Newsletter subscribers got first dibs & purchased a bunch of tickets already, but there’s still some left if you hustle! (Register here >>> www.AlpineWorkshop.co.)

We’ll be hosting 2 Workshop Field Trips to Pleasant Grove at The Garden of Jones & Gentility for our Emma M. Lion Tea 🫖 Parties in June! 📚

Then Melissa Wood (that’s me!) will be hosting a Mixed Media Collage Workshop 🎨✂️🖌️ in early July (if you’ve got kids or grandkids here for the 4th 🇺🇸 sign them up!).

Next we’ve got McCall Johnson from coming back to do another fun Cyanotope Workshop (sun ☀️printing!) in mid July! 💙🦋

Then we’ll have here to teach us how to do gorgeous Shibori Indigo Dying mid July too! 🪣🟦🌀 We’ll be doing custom tea towels & they turn out so fun & unique!

Finally, we’re doing our first ever Fairy 🧚 House Workshop with ! You might have seen her incredible houses all over the Thanksgiving Point gardens this past year! She’s created over 70 of them & we can’t wait to learn from her! 🤗

Stay tuned bc I’ll also be sharing other fun public workshops from creators renting our space & hosting here all summer (like Dr Finlayson Fife , , , and more!). We’re also teaming up with to host a big Rendezvous at the end of the summer.

In this Shop Talk, Nurse Practitioners Jenn Krebs and Taelor Lewis offer a welcoming space for women to understand how menopause & hormonal changes impact energy, mood, sleep, & overall well-being. You’ll leave informed & equipped with practical next steps to feel more like yourself again.

DATE: Thursday evening, April 30th
TIME: 7:00 - 8:30ish/9:00 pm
COST: $20 or sign up with a pal and get 2 tickets for $30
WHO’S INVITED: Anyone ages 13+

“Perimenopause & Menopause: Hormones, Health, and You” with Nurse Practitioners Jenn Krebs & Taelor Lewis ///

We’re excited to launch a new series at The Workshop where we learn together from professionals, creatives, and everyone in between. We love highlighting the incredible talent in our community, and each “Shop Talk” session will feature instruction during the first half of class, followed by a Q&A. Join us for light snacks, great conversation, and an evening designed to inspire.

Discover how simple and empowering women’s wellness can be as Valley Hormone and Wellness guides you through understanding your body through menopause. Through clear education and practical insight, you’ll learn how hormones impact energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and overall well being. With approachable takeaways and space for real conversation, you’ll leave with a better understanding of your body and confident next steps toward feeling like yourself again.

Your health matters and understanding your body does not have to feel overwhelming. Nurse Practitioners Jenn Krebs & Taelor Lewis lead this learning focused class as we explore why women’s hormone health is so foundational and walk through the changes that naturally happen during menopause. Whether you are navigating low energy, mood shifts, weight changes, sleep struggles, or simply want to better understand what is happening in your body, this workshop will offer clarity and direction.
