From St. Matthews, SC to Victory Lane in Alma, GA - congratulations to the 2025 Junior Champion of Champions, Dylan Wise.

Twenty-eight of the best junior drivers in dirt kart racing rolled out for one of the most prestigious races for juniors of the season — and they put on a show worthy of the title.

The 35-lap feature had it all — nerves, talent, and heart — and it came down to a classic shootout between Declan Willis, Hudson Barrett and Cowboy Carter, with Wise able to bring home the title he’ll carry for the next two years.

From all of us at Maxxis Kart Racing North America, thank you to everyone who attended the National Championship XIX at Hurricane Creek last weekend. We had 413 entries for the 17 classes, and we couldn’t be more thankful to each and every one of you who came out.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be returning to Hurricane Creek Raceway next year for National Championship XX — the 20th anniversary!

Mark your calendars for October 10, 2026… we’ve got some special things in store for this milestone event!

🏁 Parking Update for This Weekend 🏁
    
•    All reserved parking is SOLD OUT.
    
•    Anyone who received an invitation but does not have reserved parking can still attend — you’ll be parked in the overflow parking area.
    
•    If your RV doesn’t fit in your team’s reserved spot, it must be parked in the overflow parking area.
    
•    RVs not pulling a trailer will also need to park in overflow.
    
•    Any tow vehicles that don’t fit inside your team’s reserved pit area must be parked outside the front gate in the spectator parking area.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we work to make parking smooth and organized for all teams. See y’all at the track! 🏁

Check out the Know Before You Go info for this year’s Maxxis National Championships!

Friday Gates open at 2:00 p.m. and close 9:00 p.m. (no exceptions)

Registration and Pretech will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Gate fee is $25 for adults and $10 for ages 5 and under.
Saturday after 5:00 the gate fee is $15.

Saturday gates open at 7:00 a.m.
Registration and Pretech opens at 7:15 a.m.
Tire distribution 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Practice at 10:00 a.m.

⁃ Rookie gear has been changed to 16/65
⁃ Juniors need to bring an original birth certificate - we will ask for it if a protest occurs.
⁃ Rear number plate is required on ALL karts.
⁃ Drivers of a motorized vehicle in the pit area must be 16 years old.
⁃ Missing your qualifying group will result in no time; starting main event from the rear.
