We’ve been working on something a little different at ASP.

ASP Afterglow is officially happening Friday, October 16.

We ran the course this week, and it’s unlike anything we’ve done before.

5-Stand under the lights.
UV clays glowing as they leave the thrower
A completely different look once the sun goes down.

Shooting starts around 7:30 PM.

Rounds are $15, and ASP members can use their punch cards.

We’ll have food, snacks and soft drinks available all night. More importantly, we'll have shells for sale all night as well, including Federal Cosmic shotshells, which have wads that glow under the black lights as you shoot.

Bring your crew. Come grab some food. Hang out as the sun goes down. Then step into the lights and shoot a round of 5-Stand like you’ve never shot it before.

Friday, October 16.

Save the date and book your spot now:

Get your crew together, pick your time, and come see what Afterglow is all about.

We’ll see you after dark.

Targets for Teams is THIS SATURDAY!

Two of our own members stepped up and made some custom trophies for this weekend’s shoot and they turned out pretty cool.

These aren’t something we ordered out of a catalog.

The wooden High Overall Sporting Clays and High Overall Trap trophies were handcrafted by one of our members, while the leather barrel pad awards were made by another.

There’s something pretty cool about that.

These were made by shooters, for shooters.

If you’ve been on the fence about shooting this Saturday, this is your sign.

Bring your buddy.
Build a team.
Shoot some clays.
Have some fun.

And most importantly, come be part of a great community of shooters.

We’d love to see you at ASP this Saturday!

While the ASP team was out at Game Unlimited catching the NSCA US Open, we couldn't pass up the chance to hand-deliver Steve Korin his 2026 Big Ole Open Championship trophy!

Congrats again, Steve and well earned!

It was great watching some of the best in the sport compete and even better getting to celebrate one of our own along the way.

The 1st Annual Big Ole Open is officially in the books.

Our first ever NSCA Registered Sporting Clays shoot at Alexandria Shooting Park, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better first one.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and supported it. We learned a lot, had a lot of fun, and met a bunch of great people along the way.

And congratulations to our first ever Big Ole Open Champion, Steve Korin!

We've got one more thing to do before we officially call this one done.

We're loading up the ASP team and heading to the US Open Sporting Clays shoot, and we're planning to hand-deliver Steve's trophy to him while we're there. We figured if we're going to make a trophy, we might as well make sure the guy who won it actually gets it.

We're excited about where this event can go. This was year one, and we've already got plenty of ideas for how to make the Big Ole Open bigger and better next year.

Thanks again to everyone who helped make the first one a success.

See you at the 2nd Annual Big Ole Open in 2027!
