We want to wish the guy on the left, Matt Showalter, a groovin' birthday! Matt and his business partner, Jason Coffman (right) are the owners of Black Bear Evansdale, which is the only sponsor that has been on board for all 9 Groovin' festivals. We greatly apprecaite what these two have done, for both the local community, and our Groovin' community. Black Bear has won the best Vegetarian restaurant in Morgantown for almost a decade and has lots of delicious protein options. Groove on down to Morgantown Art Party this Saturday night 5/30 for Frequency528live Silent Disco! Our official Groovin' silent disco team will be hosting a dance party with our festival guru Adam Payne and featuring Groovin' 9 performers Keff + Ol' Boy Entertainment. Ol'Boy's Dr Purp will be hosting a round of open decks to start the night and it might even feature some Hip Hop cypher! The event is headlined by Chicago based live electronic percussionist COFRESI. The event is BYOB with a small donation to Morgantown Art Party Non-Profit. Beer + hard seltzer will be available for donation. Bring your flow toys. $10 entry 18+
