Thank you for your interest in spending time at our beautiful property. Depending on availability, you can schedule your family, church, or civic group for either an afternoon of enjoyment, a full day or overnight if you truly wish to rough it in the great outdoors. We are in the process of trying to restore some of the original things that w
ere available when Myra’s grandfather ran this campground so many years ago. Hopefully in the future, we can be open on a more regular basis, and you will not have to call to schedule your time here. Currently, we are in the process of updating and renovating the properties. Daily usage rate is $5.00 per person. Overnight usage rate is $10.00 per person. Weekend usage rate is $25.00 per person. Churches and Scout groups that wish to use the grounds/facilities for earning badges will be charged half the normal rates shown above. Maximum Charge $250.00
Guidelines for use of grounds/facilities:
Shelter and bath house are open for use. When you leave, please make sure all toilets are flushed and none are left running. (Sometimes the tanks stick). Trashcans are in both areas. Please make sure they are used properly, and all trash is taken with you when you leave. There are fields that are farmed surrounding the campground, and these should not be disturbed. Likewise, there should be no tearing up the ground or causing ruts with vehicles. Cabin, mobile home, and storage building are not available without prior authorization. Fishing, volleyball, swings, and other recreational activities are permitted however, you as renter of the property, must assume responsibility for all damages and/or accidents that may occur during your stay.
