Today we celebrate the joy of running and the incredible community that makes our event possible!

A huge congratulations to all of the participants who crossed the finish line on Saturday. Whether you ran, walked, raced for a personal best, or simply showed up and gave it your all, we're proud of you! 💜

Thank you to our amazing volunteers, enthusiastic spectators, generous sponsors, vendors, and community partners who helped make both our Expo and Race Day a success. Your support is what keeps this tradition going year after year.

A special thank you to the Albany and all of the city departments that helped make race weekend possible. We couldn't do it without you!

🏅 Medal Monday! 🏅

Congratulations to all the incredible women and kids who crossed the finish line on Saturday! 🎉💪 Your determination, strength, and smiles made race day unforgettable.

It may not have been the warmest year on record, but it was certainly warmer than last year—and we couldn't have asked for a better day to celebrate together!

Two start lines. Thousands of dreams. One unforgettable day.

From the thunder of the 5K start to the excitement and smiles of the Capital Kids 3K/Kids Runs, Saturday was a celebration of courage, community, and possibility.

Congratulations to our champions and every participant who stepped up to the start line. Whether you crossed first, set a personal best, completed your first race, or simply showed up, you are part of what makes the Delightful® Run for Women presented by Sara Lee Delightful Bread so special.

The future of running is bright, and watching our young athletes charge through the Capital Kids 3K was a reminder that every runner's journey starts with a single step.
