Beth Stalker shares how Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) with Dr. Chris Bath, owner of Integrative Chiropractic, has helped her stay active, reduce pain, and keep doing what she loves.

A.R.T. is a hands-on treatment that targets muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves to help break up scar tissue, improve mobility, and restore function.

Today we celebrate the joy of running and the incredible community that makes our event possible!

A huge congratulations to all of the participants who crossed the finish line on Saturday. Whether you ran, walked, raced for a personal best, or simply showed up and gave it your all, we're proud of you! 💜
